Job Title: Inpatient Coding Compliance Specialist

Salary / Package: $67-93K

Job Type: Permanent full-time

Job description:

- Monitor data quality and optimal reimbursement by performing prospective quality reviews for inpatient services

- Conduct routine internal audits of coded data and physician documentation

- Conduct relevant educational programs and training to coding staff

- RHIA, RHIT and/or CCS required

- At least 4 years of inpatient/DRG coding experience at an acute care facility required

- Prior experience in coder training and education desired
